Terms and Conditions of BL Auto Detail
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by BL Auto Detail. By utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these terms and acknowledge the limitations and exclusions of liability outlined below.
BL Auto Detail is not responsible for any damage that may occur while using our services. By choosing our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that we are not liable for any damage, including but not limited to damage associated with pre-existing conditions such as tears, stains, paint scratches, cracks in the windshield, dents, discoloration, rust, paint chips, rock chips, PPF damage, window tint damage, or any defects.
Additionally, we are not responsible for damage to vehicle components and accessories, including but not limited to windshield wiper systems, wiper blades, rear window wipers, detached trim or exterior moldings, side mirrors, trailer hitch covers, truck bed covers, bug deflectors, sunshades, steering wheels, seats, roof-mounted storage racks, bicycle racks, roof rails, antennas, badges, aftermarket accessories and modifications (such as wheels, rims, and spoilers), vehicles with altered suspension (whether lowered or lifted), low-clearance exhaust systems, valve stems, magnetic decals, vinyl or graphic wraps, running boards, hood ornaments, vehicle rims or wheels, tires (including but not limited to punctured or flat tires), headlights, taillights, or reflectors.
The customer is responsible for disclosing any known pre-existing damage to their vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or any other defects, prior to the service. Failure to disclose such damage may affect the outcome of our detailing services. The customer is also responsible for removing any personal or removable accessories (e.g., bike racks, antennae) before the detailing service. BL Auto Detail is not responsible for damage to any items that remain on the vehicle during the service.
We are not liable for any damage resulting from customer actions, including but not limited to loading, unloading, or driving their vehicle, whether on-road or off-road, damage from automatic car washes used after our services, or any negligence, improper maintenance, or intentional misconduct by the customer.
Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the services rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those resulting from delays, vehicle condition, or any unforeseeable damages.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their vehicle is in proper condition before and after our services. We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed high-risk for damage due to its condition, modifications, or other factors.
